Ideal Candidate:
Robust experience in financial reporting, accounting operations, and month-end closure activities.
Hands-on experience in journal entries, accruals, provisions, reconciliations, and financial schedules.
Ability to prepare MIS reports, management reports, and perform financial analysis.
Robust understanding of accounting standards, financial controls, and reporting processes.
Experience in audit coordination, issue resolution, and ensuring reporting accuracy.
Ability to guide junior team members and support process improvements.
