Manager – Financial Transactions Transfer Pricing (FTTP)
The Financial Transactions Transfer Pricing (FTTP) Manager will be responsible for leading and delivering transfer pricing engagements related to intercompany financial transactions, including loans, guarantees, cash pooling, and treasury arrangements. The role requires strong technical expertise, global transfer pricing knowledge, entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to drive high‑quality client engagements across geographies.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end FTTP engagements, including planning, execution, review, and delivery
Manage transfer pricing analysis for intercompany loans, guarantees, cash pooling, hedging, and treasury structures
Apply and interpret global transfer pricing regulations, OECD guidelines, BEPS actions, and local country rules
Develop and review economic and financial models (e.g., credit rating, pricing of guarantees, interest benchmarking)
Ensure high quality and technical accuracy of all deliverables, including reports, documentation,
and client presentations
Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders across multiple geographies
Drive engagements independently, manage timelines, and proactively identify risks and improvement areas
Collaborate with tax, treasury, and finance teams to design practical and defensible solutions
Support business development through proposal support, chance identification, and thought leadership
Mentor and review work of junior team members, contributing to team capability building

Qualifications
Required Experience
5–10 years of relevant experience in Financial Transactions Transfer Pricing (FTTP)
Hands-on experience with transfer pricing for financial transactions in a Big 4, consulting firm, or multinational setting
Proven experience handling cross-border stakeholders and global projects
Solid understanding of global TP regulations, OECD transfer pr
