Job Description:
Monthly Production Planning with HO & Unit level co-ordination.
Raw material & production entry in SAP
Monthly Stock RM & Finished Goods report preparation
Monthly Audit Co-ordination with HO
Raw Materials, Packaging material indent / Requestion creation
Dispatch Co-ordination on time for Finished Goods.
Manage and support SAP PP and MM modules, ensuring optimal configuration and functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement SAP solutions that enhance production and material management processes.
Develop, maintain, and optimize production planning processes within SAP.
Monitor production schedules and adjust plans based on demand forecasts and material availability.
Analyze production performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
Oversee inventory management processes, including stock levels, procurement, and material requisitioning.
Ensure accurate material master data and conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and manage lead times.
