Qualifications
Job Requirements :
Monitoring overall functioning of processes ensuring compliance to the agreed SLA levels
Assessing customer feedback, evaluating the improvement areas & providing critical inputs
Achieving goals for productivity and effectiveness as defined in operational plans
Supporting ongoing improvement in project management
Conduct RCA on low performing metrics and customer escalations.
Advising paybacks, deductions and recoveries to payroll processing team within prescribed timeline
Skilled Attributes : Candidates should be versatile / willing to work across this delivery
Educational Qualification : Should have at least bachelors degree, post-graduation desirable
