This division's mission is to continuously improve the Nasdaq Customer experience in how they consume the Nasdaq software and services, using a strategic customer-centric approach passionate about driving customer adoption and retention. As a Director – Client Services (Presales), you will contribute to the APAC regional business development, by actively developing the client services business on both existing accounts and current names. A Portfolio Manager responsibilities include crafting regional growth strategies,



designing new services, and identify AI aoptions into AxiomSL services business,. At the same tine, managing client happiness and growth opportunities through actively participating in governance committees, and supporting the sales organization to position the implementation strategy, estimates and pitch. Ultimately, you will work directly with AxiomSL clients/prospects and customer happiness leagues as well as the sales organization to manage a portfolio of active AxiomSL clients, drive service growth and market penetration as well as actively supporting sales of recent clients in various business lines.
