Handling the Point of Sales and billing.
Upselling membership.
Managing the shift schedules.
Tending to golfers' complaints and questions and providing exceptional customer service.
Ensuring that the front desk and reception area is kept clean and organized.
Maintaining front desk office supplies and equipment.
Managing budgets, petty cash, invoices, records, and contracts.
Supervising staff and all front desk activities including lesson bookings, appointments, phone calls, and emails.
Keeping in touch with accounts and providing them with relevant information.
Generating weekly and monthly reports from the software.
Preparing coach payouts.
Coordinating with golf-related vendors and snack shop vendors.
Performing administrative duties such as filing and updating records, among others, as needed.
Need good excel skills, positive communication skills, and computer savvy

Shift : 10-hour shift Tuesday to Sunday either 10 am to 8 pm Monday off
