Job Description

We are seeking a energetic and results-driven Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for XCLARS Consultancy Services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT Managed Services sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to capitalize on market prospects.
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and expand our client base.
Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients,



understanding their business needs and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
