We are hiring a Production & Operations Manager in Ahmedabad.

Job Description

Position Title: Production & Operations Manager

Location: Bhopal, MP

Experience Required: 5+ years

Key Responsibilities:
Handle complete production planning from concept to execution.
Oversee fabrication, branding, stage setup, sound, light, LED, and technical requirements.
Conduct site recce and feasibility analysis.
Source, negotiate, and manage vendors (fabricators, AV teams, artists, logistics, etc.)
Ensure quality control and timely delivery.
Supervise production crew and on-ground staff.
Coordinate closely with creative and client servicing teams.
Negotiate vendor pricing to maintain profitability.
Manage transportation, permissions, manpower, and material movement.
Handle on-site execution and troubleshoot real-time issues.
Maintain event quality standards.

Core Competencies:
Robust knowledge of event production, fabrication, and technical setups.




Excellent vendor network in the local market.
Solid negotiation and budgeting skills.
Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Hands-on experience in corporate events, exhibitions, government events, or large-scale productions and Operations.
Must have a strong and active vendor network including fabricators, AV partners, light & sound vendors, logistics teams, and manpower suppliers

Mandatory Requirements:
Candidates holding 5+ years of experience in Event Management Production & Operations (profiles from unrelated industries will not be considered).
