We are seeking a energetic and results-driven General Manager / Chief of Operations to lead the full business operations of a well-established FMCG company utilizing a route-to-market van sales distribution model. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales, logistics, supply chain, and distribution, while ensuring overall business efficiency and growth.
This role demands a solid strategic mindset, excellent leadership skills, and deep operational expertise. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ERP systems like ODOO or SAP B1,
the ability to align operational goals with business objectives, and a proven track record of driving performance through cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee end-to-end FMCG business operations
Develop and implement effective strategies for sales, supply chain, and logistics
Monitor and improve operational KPIs and overall business performance
Utilize ERP systems (ODOO/SAP B1) for workflow optimization
Manage and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve targets
Ensure compliance with local laws and corporate policies
Collaborate with senior leadership to drive growth and profitability
