Job Description:

Job Objective: The incumbent will be supporting the implementation and monitoring of ESG (Environment & Social Governance) compliances in the Company.

Key Responsibilities:
To identify the ESG initiatives in co-ordination with the functions and drive implementation across functions
To review and monitor the progress of ESG compliance
To document and maintain ESG monitoring and related processes
To conduct trainings and create ongoing awareness around ESG
Reporting on ESG asctivities

Accepting and adhering to high ethical, moral, and personal values in decisions, communications and actions.

ESG knowledge and experience preferably in Insurance sector
In-depth functional knowledge with an eye for detail.
Sound analytical skills to review information and identify issues
Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels.
Positive drafting, negotiation and transactional skills.
Dependability: Being reliable, responsible, dedicated, committed and fulfilling obligations
Ability to work well independently and in a team setting.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.

Minimum Qualification: CS/ / LLB / MBA

Minimum Experience: Minimum 6 -10 years relevant experience with reputed law firms/ corporate/MNC preferably in insurance sector in Environment & Social Governance.
