5 to 6 years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud & Experience Cloud).
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Solid experience working on large-scale implementations as a Solution Architect.
Ability to work with global clients (US & UK markets) and handle different business dynamics.
Expertise in designing scalable solutions with complex integrations and automation workflows.
A growth mindset, solution-oriented attitude, and passion for continuous learning.
Knowledge of Nonprofit Cloud or Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP)
Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, Generative AI, and Einstein AI solutions

What you will do:-





Solution Design & Architecture
Lead requirement gathering sessions, understand business needs, and define project scope.
Design scalable and productive Salesforce architectures, adhering to industry best practices.
Create technical architecture diagrams and workflow designs to simplify complex concepts.
Ensure seamless integration with third-party applications, AI tools, and Data Cloud.
Implement automation strategies to optimize performance and enhance user experience

Technical Leadership & Strategy
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing best practice recommendations on Salesforce configurations and architecture strategies.
Guide and mentor developers and consultants, ensuring high-quality solution delivery.
Stay updated on Salesforce innovations, Data Cloud, and AI advancements to enhance solution offerings.
Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and data privacy standards
