Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Communicate project status to stakeholders and provide regular updates.
Facilitate meetings and maintain transparent documentation of project processes.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in project execution.
Foster a positive team environment and mentor junior team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology or software development environment.
PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
Robust understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
