Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible for liaising with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their learning needs and develop learning solutions that are robust, cost effective and meet business outcomes.
Responsible for creation of ILT content/ working with the vendors for delivery of the same basis the project requirement
Responsible for following processes and compliance for effective delivery of content

Produce well-researched content
Design, and develop programs for training the role-holders across industries
Contextualize and develop content as per the job role learning requirement
Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content
Collaborate with various stakeholders for devising the content
Analyze client needs and design cutting-edge learning solutions for classroom, virtual classroom, or web
Convert existing content into interactive eLearning modules
Lead development of e-Learning content, by doing hands-on development, managing project schedule, and reviewing work of other instructional designers
Design and propose creative instructional strategies for current and ongoing projects
Develop storyboards for e-Learning courses, classroom materials and instructor guid
