We are looking to hire an HR Recruiter for our team with immediate effect.
Job Details:
Job Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (near the railway station)
Role: Talent Acquisition (Bulk Recruitment Specialist)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
Salary: Up to ₹4 – 4.2 LPA
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Timings may extend depending on business requirements)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Fixed Sunday off)
Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bulk Recruitment Specialist to drive high-volume hiring, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and collaborate with hiring teams to meet staffing needs at scale. This role focuses on maintaining a robust recruitment pipeline aligned with business goals while upholding our employer brand and delivering a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
High-Volume Recruitment:



Execute bulk hiring strategies and maintain a steady talent pipeline.
End-to-End Process: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop selection criteria.
Metrics & Compliance: Track recruitment data, analyze key metrics, and ensure compliance with legal standards.

Qualifications:
Experience: Proven track record in high-volume recruitment in rapid-paced settings.
Skills: Robust sourcing abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in ATS tools.
Attributes: Strategic, adaptable, and results-driven.
