Job Title: Global SAP SuccessFactors EC Configuration Consultant
Work you’ll do:
Facilitate the rollout and adoption of SAP SuccessFactors as the current Global HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) to offices around the world
Facilitate discussions with key stakeholders in global offices to support engagement activities, localization workshops and adoption of SuccessFactors
Act as advisor and subject matter expert on functional requirements and key program decisions to global offices
Participate with client facing and technical delivery teams to ensure the efficient elicitation and implementation of business solution functional requirements and non-functional requirements
Provide leading-practice recommendations on standardized SuccessFactors implementation methodology and deployment activities
Accountable for the timeliness and accuracy of necessary escalations, applicable project metrics and status reporting within a project team and to client stakeholders for your area of responsibility
User Access and Security Management: Manage permissions, roles, and access rights (RBP)



to ensure data security and compliance and S-User ID provisioning.
Collaboration with Integration Team: Work closely with integration developers and external system owners to resolve data flow or interface issues.
Robust hands on configuration experience with Employee Central – Data Models, MDF objects, Business Rules, Latest People Profile, Event Derivation, Workflows, Role Based Permissions, Story Reporting, Transport Tool.
Maintain standard SAP workbooks with changes per iterative cycle.
Support SIT and UAT test cycles with defect resolution, configuration changes, and workbook updates.

Qualifications
Required:
At least 5 years experience with a minimum of 3 full cycle end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors with Employee Central
Valid SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification with updated link in Credly.
