Bluespirit, a leading airport company in Bengaluru, is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of airport activities.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter, security checkpoints, and boarding gates
Handle passenger inquiries and provide accurate information about flight schedules, delays, and other airport services
Check and verify passenger documents and issue boarding passes
Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors, elderly, or disabled passengers
Coordinate with other airport departments to ensure timely and effective boarding and departure of flights
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the airport terminal
Handle baggage and cargo,
including loading and unloading from aircraft
Conduct security checks and ensure compliance with airport regulations
Assist with any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus
