Planning of operations in shifts as per schedule.
Handling batch process & distillation as per the BMR.
To follow cGMP and HSE norms.
Co-ordination with Warehouse, Quality Assurance, Engineering for smooth functioning of shifts.
Preparation of shift reports, legible writing of BMRs.
Ensuring strict adherence to Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Crosschecking following points before starting of batch :
Cleaning of required equipment’s as per their respective SOPs
Availability of BMRs
Checking and Confirming of the availability of all the utilities required for the batch
