We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with prior experience working in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, taxation, compliance, and audit-related activities while ensuring accuracy and adherence to statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage books of accounts, journal entries, and ledger reconciliations.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax returns, and other statutory filings.
Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
Assist in internal and statutory audits, including documentation and compliance.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor financial transactions.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Coordinate with clients, auditors,
and internal stakeholders for financial reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) / M.Com / CA Inter (preferred).
Hands-on experience working in a CA firm or accounting consultancy.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar tools.
Valuable understanding of financial reporting and auditing processes.
Solid analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in handling multiple client accounts.
Knowledge of company law compliance and ROC filings.
Familiarity with MS Excel and financial data analysis.
