Key Responsibilities:
Product Design: Develop/refine product offerings that align with market demand, ensuring a balance between risk management, profitability, and customer acceptance. Run product pilots and assess success.
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market studies to identify trends and opportunities. Analyze customer behavior, feedback and upgrade product specifications
Data Analysis: Analyze market and customer data to drive decision-making and prioritize product development initiatives.
Strategic Planning: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, credit, risk, marketing, IT/Digital and finance,



to build offerings and go-to-market plans. Develop end to end journeys from acquisition to retention.
Performance Monitoring: Track success of product initiatives through key metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement, such as customer acquisition, activation, usage, and retention.
Innovation: Think creatively to propose out-of-the-box solutions that address market gaps and differentiate the company’s offerings from competitors. Leverage of digital & technology to create competitive advantage.
Growth/Product Uptake: In collaboration with Marketing & Performance teams, drive product uptake via Ayvens’ digital platforms
