We are seeking a seasoned Integration & API Management Specialist with solid
hands-on experience inWSO2 API Manager, Azure API Management (APIM), and Solace
PubSub+ to support and operate our enterprise API and integration platforms.

This role is critical to ensuring the platform reliability, operational
excellence,stability, security, governance, and availability of API platforms
while providing technical and operational leadership forbusiness critical,
Tier1 integrations ensuring secure operations and continuous modernization.

In addition to deep integration and middleware expertise, the role requires
strongAI and automation awareness to modernize operations through AIOps,
intelligent monitoring, predictive analytics, and automation driven remediation.

Key Responsibilities

API Platform Operations & Support
Own 24X7 end-to-end operations and support of WSO2 API Manager (v3.2+),
Azure API Management, and Solace PubSub+ platforms across settings.
Ensure high availability, performance, resilience, and security of




enterprise integration platforms supporting Tier‑1 workloads.
Monitor API traffic, message flows, latency, throughput, and error rates to
ensurehigh availability and SLA compliance.
Perform incident triage, root cause analysis, and problem management for
production issues related to API gateways, integrations, and messaging
platforms.
Coordinate with application teams, vendors, and infrastructure teams during
major incidents and planned maintenance windows.
Drive proactive monitoring and observability using SAP monitoring tools,
Splunk, ElasticSearch, and cloud‑native platforms.
Proactively identify operational risks, capacity constraints, and
performance bottlenecks.Platform Administration & Governance
Administer API platforms including tenant configuration, access control,
certificates, policies, throttling, and routing.
Enforce API governance standards, lifecycle controls, versioning policies,
and security guardrails.
