Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)

Coordinate between the Facade Design and Production Team

To disperse work instructions according to the production schedule and follow-ups for timely execution

Key Individual Accountabilities :

Strategic

Should be from Façade background and know related product ranges.

Financial

Should be able to take the defined output as per the cycle time on workstations

Customer/ External Orientation

Should be able to understand the quality and timelines for specific orders.

People Orientation :

​​​​​​​Should be effectively communicate and problem solver on shop floor for technical queries of manpower

​​​​​​​Core operational accountabilities :

Follow up schedules and production outs on shop floor. Should be able to manage technical errors and get clarification for production flow
