Responsibilities:
5 to 7 years of SAP industry experience, SAP S4/HANA - 2+ years.
Configure, implement, and support SAP HCM modules (PY, PA, TM, OM) to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to analyze business processes and recommend SAP best practices.
Design, develop, and optimize SAP Payroll solutions including payroll schema, rules, and wage types.
Manage Time Management configurations such as work schedules, absence/attendance management, time evaluation, and integration with Payroll.
Configure Personnel Administration and Organizational Management
structures, including infotypes, positions, jobs, and reporting relationships.
Support and maintain SAP integrations with third-party payroll providers and HR systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to SAP HCM.
Perform system testing, UAT support, and end-user training for new implementations and enhancements.
Work closely with ABAP developers for custom reports, enhancements, and interfaces.
Provide ongoing production support, system upgrades,



and patch implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM, with strong expertise in PY, PA, TM, and OM.
Experience with SAP Payroll schemas, PCRs, wage type configuration, and payroll processing cycles.
Robust understanding of Time Evaluation, absence and attendance rules, work schedules, and time quota configurations.
Knowledge of PA infotypes, personnel actions, agile actions, and master data maintenance.
Expertise in Organizational Management (OM) structure maintenance, relationships, and evaluation paths.
Hands-on experience in SAP integrations with third-party HR and payro
