Job Description:
As an Airport Ground Staff, you will be responsible for providing efficient and safe services to passengers and aircrafts. Your main duties will include:
Assisting passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling
Conducting security checks and screening procedures
Managing flight schedules and coordinating with airline companies
Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or complaints
Ensuring the safety and security of all passengers and airport facilities
Handling cargo and mail shipments
Performing administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping
Collaborating with other airport staff and departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass or equivalent education
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus, but not required
