Preferred Skills
Work experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role.
Experience supporting production workplace, Cloud Operations.
Experience in Azure Administration and Azure DevOps CI-CD, Kubernetes
Understanding micro-services architecture and its functioning.
Hands on Cloud auto scaling, availability group and queuing
Knowledge of Network connectivity such as site to site, direct connect, VPN connection.
Experience in ITIL Processes (at minimum - Change Management, Incident Management, Release Management, Asset Management)
Nice to have - Azure Fundamental Certification
AWS, Azure, OCI or GCP certifications added advantage.
Troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Relevant training and/or certifications as a Cloud Engineer.




Understand and use monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Grafana, Prometheus or similar.
Excellent logical/analytical, problem-solving skills and a positive Team player. Should be able to work in a team as well as an individual contributor.
Should be willing to work in shifts when required.
Solid verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and pro-active attitude.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
