Job Purpose:
Increase sales revenue for Heat Pump product line. The incumbent will work as a part of dynamic team to develop and execute regional sales & business development strategies for Heat Pump product line aligned with Global and Asia Pacific strategy.
Responsible for business development, executing sales & marketing strategies, work on current business opportunities & focused actions on developing Heating business.

Sales Support for Growth
Support Regional sales teams for meeting & exceeding monthly, quarterly & annual sales plans.
Develop current customers / system integrators across India
Bid for special high value projects via integrators/customers
Create pull for Copeland products through consultants, architect, other influencers outreach program
Business Development for sales growth
Create Project funnel & pursue the projects at each stage to finally

Size the high temperature heating market & develop product strategy
Build Customer and Competition product matrix
Identify & work on new opportunities for business growth
Liaising with plumbing ass
