Job Summary

We are looking for an Epicor ERP Functional Consultant with solid ERP process knowledge and hands-on experience in Epicor functional modules. The role involves understanding business requirements, configuring Epicor ERP, managing customizations, BPMs, BAQs,



and acting as a bridge between business users and technical teams to deliver effective ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Understand and analyze business processes and ERP requirements
Map business requirements to Epicor ERP functional processes
Configure Epicor ERP modules as per business needs
Work on Epicor Customizations, BPMs (Business Process Management), and BAQs
Understand and guide usage of Epicor Business Objects (BOs) for functional solutions
Perform gap analysis and propose system or process improvements
Translate business requirements into transparent functional specifications
Support integration and reporting requirements, including data mapping
Collaborate with technical consultants for custom development and integrations
Act as a single point of contact between business users and technical teams
Assist in user training, UAT, and post-implementation support
