Role Description
This is a full time, in office role based in Mumbai for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance management. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, designing policies and processes, managing employee relations,



and ensuring adherence to organizational goals. This role involves collaborating with leadership to address workforce needs, addressing employee grievances, and facilitating training and development programs.

Location: Mumbai (Andheri)
Role: Recruitment - 50%; HR - 50%

Qualifications
Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and onboarding processes
Experience in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
Knowledge in Compliance Management, labor laws, and HR regulations
Solid skills in Training, Development, and Organizational Change Management
Ability to develop and implement HR policies and strategies effectively
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Prior experience in the payment solutions or financial services industry is a plus
