As a part of a multidisciplinary team, youâll be working with a team of designers, developers, project managers, and business analysts to bind and deliver a project. So, it would be expected of you to manage multiple tasks at hand and have valuable communication skills.
Provide reports, presentations, design deliverables effectively & efficiently considering the rapid paced time frame.
Have detailed understanding of UI design trends & aesthetics, layout design, compositional skills and feasibility of the designs.
Ability to understand, analyze user research & convert it into usable data & insights.
Hands on experience in using software like Figma or Sketch.
Transform high level product requirements into digital platform solutions.
Experience with using UX research methodologies- qualitative & quantitative both.
To find novel ways to build and maintain a valuable design culture & design thinking in the team.
