Job Description:
As an Airport Ground Staff – Ticketing & Check-in, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our passengers at the airport. Your main duties will include ticketing, check-in, and boarding assistance. You will also be responsible for handling any customer inquiries, resolving any issues, and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter
Verify and issue tickets to passengers
Check and weigh baggage to ensure compliance with airline regulations
Assist passengers with special needs or requests
Handle any customer inquiries and resolve any issues
Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process
Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure timely boarding of passengers
Provide information on flight schedules, delays, and cancellations
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to all safety and security procedures
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Collaborate with other team members to achieve overall customer satisfaction
Attend training sessions and meetings as required
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
Solid problem-solving skills
Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
Knowledge of computer systems and basic math skills
Must be able to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
