Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced with expertise in Solar PV projects t lead our team in overseeing the planning, implementation, and execution of solar photovoltaic projects. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in renewable energy project management, with a focus on solar PV installations and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the solar PV industry, with a solid emphasis on project execution. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale solar PV projects, including design, installation, and commissioning phases.

Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management:
Lead the planning and execution of solar PV projects from conception t completion.
Develop project scopes, objectives, and timelines, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.




Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, t achieve project milestones.
Budget and Cost Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Identify cost-saving prospects and manage project finances t maximise profitability.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Ensure adherence t quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout project life-cycle.
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks t maintain high standards of project delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (engineering, procurement, finance) t optimise project outcomes.
Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
Risk Management:
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies t minimise potential disruptions.
