Job Purpose: Responsible for Farm Extension Services, sustain and expand Area under Organic Contract Farming, Procurement of Agricultural Commodities.

Qualification
Graduate Mandatory - B.Sc. (Ag) from a reputed institute
Postgraduate Desirable- M.Sc. (Agri) or (MBA is desirable)

Experience:

Minimum 5 years work experience in Managing Teams that are into Agriculture Production, Contract Farming, Procurement.

Principle Accountabilities
Ensure Farmer Advisory Services are carried out by the team Contract Farming, engagement programs with Growers / Farmer to Promote Practices in Organic Agriculture
Responsible for Sourcing Agriculture Commodities as per Plan and parameters (quality and pricing)
Responsible for Area Expansion/Farmer membership Expansion of organic cultivation as per targets




Work with team to develop and ensure execution of State-wise Business Plan to meet KRAs viz., targeted Area, Volume, Buying Efficiency, Documentation compliance
Review Teams Performance on Key Indicators and take steps to meet the Organizations Goals & Objectives
