Handling End to End Recruitment (Activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, Interviews, offers, Follow ups till the candidate joins.)
Handling full cycle of recruitment through in-house data base, Using Digital Platforms (Job Portals, LinkedIn), Employee referrals & references.
Pre-screening and assessment of potential candidates, conduct skill assessment to evaluate candidates skills and competencies and assess candidates ability to fit in the work setting.
Conducting Mass Recruitment Drives.
Maintaining and updating the database of the candidates in Candidate Tracking System.
Negotiating compensation packages, reference checking and hand holding the candidates till joining.
Maintaining and building of resourceful resume data bank.
Regular Interactions with Current joiners & existing staff.
