Job Requirement:
To be a key team player on data integration & Dashboard creation for the HR team.
To be active player on tracking various key HR touchpoint trends & publishing the daily, weekly, monthly analysis on them.
To work on various reports for various stakeholders such as internal HR team, Senior Management & various department within organization.
To liaise with inter depending team for smooth reporting purpose.
Support on various HR initiatives & key projects as a team member.
Ability to create effective presentations on various HR related areas for reviews & discussions for decision making
Also work on CHRO presentations for Board/ Business updates
Skills:
Statistics –Proficient with hypotheses testing and statistical inferences
Tools usage –
Power BI and equivalent, understanding of BI models with multiple data inputs
Excellent MS Excel skills – usage of pivot, statistical tests
Python/R – positive to have, proficient with data wrangling techniques
Soft skills: positive communication, ability to think through a problem, transforming problem into working steps
