Job Summary :-

Lead the expansion of the Skill Development Academy focused at K 12 Schools through franchising and strategic partnerships. Identify and develop current business prospects to drive growth and revenue .Build and maintain relationships with franchisees, partners, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement franchising and expansion strategies
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with franchisees, partners, and stakeholders
Manage the franchise recruitment and onboarding process
Provide training and support to franchisees
Monitor and report on franchise performance and compliance
dentify and mitigate risks associated with franchising and expansion.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for franchisees

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Skill development, ​​​​​​K12 School franchising, expansion, or business development
Proven track record of success in driving growth and revenue through franchising and partnerships




Solid leadership and communication skills
Ability to analyze data and drive decision-making
Experience in the education or training industry preferred
Knowledge of franchising regulations and laws

Nice to Have:
Experience with franchise management software and tools
Familiarity with skill development programs and curriculum design
Experience in a similar industry or sector
