Core Areas of Responsibility:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Lead and mentor the marketing team while fostering a collaborative work workplace.
Analyze market trends, business opportunities, and campaign performance for strategic decision-making.
Provide technical inputs and engineering support from product conception to completion.
Identify and implement business growth strategies and explore team-oriented opportunities.
Develop current business contacts through client visits, seminars, conferences,
and exhibitions.
Promote the company brand and strengthen market reputation.
Lead Business Development, Proposal & Estimation, and Project Monitoring functions.
Participate in project reviews, technical and commercial discussions, and order finalization with clients.
Coordinate with clients regarding project specifications and drawings.
Prepare schedules, engineering plans, and technical specifications for smooth project execution.
Support vendors with technical guidance to improve quality and production capabilities.
Oversee project execution activities including procurement, inspections, scheduling, progress monitoring, site management, and manpower planning.
Deliver technical presentations for upcoming projects and customer visits.
