Job Summary:

We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for financial analysis. In this role, you will analyze financial data, create financial reports, and provide insights and recommendations to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports on economic performance, trends, and forecasts
Develop financial models to support decision-making and identify potential risks and prospects
Collaborate with clients to understand their financial goals and provide recommendations for improvement
Monitor and analyze financial data to identify variances and make recommendations for cost reduction and revenue enhancement
Prepare and present financial reports to clients and senior management
Stay updated on industry trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact our clients' financial performance




Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as needed

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
2+ years of experience in financial analysis or related role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
