As a Customer Success Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical guidance through the entire customer journey. Your focus will be driving measurable value with the customers, leading to product adoption, renewal, and growth.
Customer Success Engineers work closely with the customers to understand their system architecture and the relationships and dependencies between services, and to improve reliability by helping to establish Service Level Objectives, reduce alert fatigue and identify or prevent the root cause of issues quickly.
You will have the unique prospect to investigate dozens of different customer settings and business workflows.
This will involve working with many more technologies than any individual engineering team typically encounters.
An ideal candidate will have a broad set of technical skills, an enthusiasm for continual learning and comfort working with and guiding external engineers and management. They must possess the potential to become a trusted technical advisor to customer and business leaders.
