Job Summary
The Lead UX Designer is responsible for defining and driving the user experience strategy across digital products and platforms. This role combines hands-on design expertise, user-centered research, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to create intuitive, engaging, and accessible experiences. The Lead UX Designer mentors design teams, establishes UX best practices, and ensures that user needs align with business goals.





Key Responsibilities:

UX Strategy & Leadership
Define and champion the overall UX vision and strategy.
Lead end-to-end user experience design initiatives across multiple products.
Establish design standards, frameworks, and best practices.
Influence product roadmap through user-centric recommendations.
Mentor and coach UX designers, researchers, and junior team members.

User Research & Analysis
Plan and conduct user research activities including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and workshops.
Analyze user behavior, pain points, and feedback to inform design decisions.
Translate research insights into actionable design recommendations.
Develop personas, journey maps, and user flows.

Design & Prototyping
Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Design intuitive user interfaces for web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
