Roles & Responsibilities.
Checking the measurements at site
Quantity take off from the Site & as well as drawings.
Prepare & Process the Contractor billing through ERP system
Should have knowledge of Current market rates of material
Preparing of project cost summary
Evaluation of variations of the work at site
Budget tracking of the projects
Monitoring the reports of Bill Certifications & PO trackers.
Coordination with Contractors for Commercial closure

Key Skills.
Proficient with MS Office / MS Excel.
Auto Cad.
Excellent communication skills

Requirements for the post of Quantity Surveyor Civil.




Candidate should be from the Background of Civil Engineering Degree or Diploma.
He Should be worked in interior fitout projects.
Minimum 3 to 5 year of experience in the relevant areas of work.

Roles & Responsibilities.
Evaluation of quantities from the drawing/3D
Preparation of BOQ’s.
Rate Analysis
Budgeting
He should have the knowledge of current market rates of the materials.
Variation statement.
Value engineering.
Preparing of project cost summary.
Evaluation of variations of the work at site.
Budget tracking of the projects.
Coordination with Contractors for Commercial closure.

Key Skills.
