OVERALL ROLE PROFILE :

As a Pro-effective Graphic Designer, your role is responsibility for overseeing and creating high-quality visual designs extensions for various projects. You will also need to guide Graphic Operators to ensure the work meets the brand’s standards.

Undertaking illustrations is an added advantage.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES - COMPLETE OWNERSHIP OF
End to end special project management for current launches/recent brand initiatives
Manage the design process of various visual communication materials, from conception to final execution.
Responsible for conceptualizing and creating designs for a variety of mediums, including print and digital media, packaging, exhibitions, and marketing collateral.
Packaging Design.
In this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition, as well as proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Competitive analysis and track of competition packaging and other communication design innovations.
Additionally,



you will be expected to provide creative direction and mentor ship to junior designers, while collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Sales.
Be able to communicate your design vision effectively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining the highest level of quality and attention to detail.
Overall, your goal will be to ensure that all design materials are visually engaging, on-brand, and effectively communicate the desired message to the target audience.
