Description
Sales Expertise: Minimum of 7 to 10 years of proven experience in B2G (Lighting Division /Building Segment Vertical only) sales to drive revenue growth and establish strong business relationships.
Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively convey the value of Havells' electrical and electronics products to all Stakeholders in Business Value Chain.
Independent Contributor Role :Should have Proven Track Record of Independently Managing an Assigned Territory & Exhibits leadership abilities by managing and inspiring Channel sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Industry Network: Utilize his existing network to foster connections with B2G (Govt. & PSU’s) End Customers, Architects, Electrical Consultants, PMC’s , Electrical & EPC Contractors, & CP’s.
Team Player : Should be a Constructive Team Player & Believe in Fostering Cohesive Working .
Location: The position is based out at Chandigarh Br., providing a unique prospect to contribute to the growth of Havells in Geographical Spread of Chandigarh & Tricity .
