Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Automation Engineer for a product development company in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in automation engineering and project management, ensuring seamless execution of automation projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage automation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software, hardware, and product development teams.
Define project goals, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining quality standards.
Develop automation solutions, implement best practices, and drive process improvements.
Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Mentor and guide junior engineers in automation and project execution.





Key Requirements:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related engineering fields.
9 to 12 years of experience in automation engineering and project management.
Solid expertise in PLC, SCADA, robotics, industrial automation, and IoT solutions.
Proficiency in automation tools, control systems, and programming languages.
Experience in handling end-to-end product development projects.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
PMP or relevant project management certification is a plus.
