Job Objective-:To establish, maintain and sustain all included process conditions as shift manager to ensure -the consistent production of Poly Lactic acid and pallets from purified lactides,while maximizing efficiency and meeting specified norms as required for production of quality poly lactic acid pallets.
ESSENTIAL ROLES &RESPONSIBILITIES; (Project and Operation)-
Production of poly lactic acid and pallets: Oversee shift operations to maintain specified norms for the conversion of lactides including unit operations- Polymerization Extrusion, palletization for production of quality poly lactic Acid pellets, with optimized uses of resources &maximum; yields.
Implement the required SOPs and protocols as per specified.
Monitoring the performance of unit operations, identifying deviations, and implementing corrective actions, as necessary.
Coordinating with shift personnel to optimize production efficiency and maintain specified quality standards.
Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements during all process operations
Training and mentoring shift staff on operating procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures
Collaborating with other departments to address any cross-functional issues and improve overall plant performance.
Maintaining accurate production records and reports to track process performance and identify areas for improvement.
Provide a leadership role in developing a high standard for -1-consistent quality production and 2- working setting with co-ordination & team spirit.
Support projects as the Shift process manager to establish effective and reliable process control strategy, systems and equipments, also lead implementation of process improvement projects and plans.
