Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled MS SQL Developer with a strong technical background and hands-on experience in database development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing SQL databases and ensuring productive data operations for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases to support business requirements.
Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
Analyze database performance and troubleshoot issues to optimize system performance.
Collaborate with application developers to ensure productive database integrations.
Perform data analysis and provide reporting solutions based on business needs.
Implement and maintain database security and backup processes.
Conduct regular database reviews to ensure data integrity and reliability.
Stay updated with the latest developments in SQL Server and database management practices.





Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
2.5+ years of hands-on experience in MS SQL development.
Proficiency in T-SQL programming (queries, functions, and stored procedures).
Strong understanding of database architecture and normalization principles.
Experience with database performance tuning and optimization.
Familiarity with data migration and ETL processes.
Knowledge of database security practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of SSIS/SSRS/SSAS.
Experience with data visualization tools or reporting solutions.
Understanding of cloud-based database services (e.g., Azure SQL).
