Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Manager – Strategy Analytics to lead analytics, reporting, and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring robust technical expertise, a strategic mindset, and hands-on experience in building scalable reporting solutions and automation frameworks. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of analytics, reporting, and automation solutions.
Develop and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting systems to support business strategy.
Drive automation initiatives using Python-based tools or web-based reporting solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
Manage data workflows, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of insights.




Leverage Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) to build impactful business applications.
Identify prospects to optimize processes through data-driven insights and automation.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to data governance, quality, and security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
10–15 years of experience in analytics, reporting, and automation.
Strong hands-on expertise in Python-based automation and/or web reporting solutions.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting frameworks.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a quick-paced environment
