Key Responsibilities:
Model Development: Design, implement, and fine-tune AI/ML models to enhance our tool's predictability scores and matchmaking capabilities.
Data Analysis: Preprocess, analyze, and utilize data to improve model performance and provide actionable insights.
Integration with Open Source Models: Familiarize and work with open-source AI models to enhance platform capabilities.
Generative AI Research: Dive into cutting-edge generative AI models like ChatGPT and BARD to identify possible integration opportunities and improvements.
Performance Metrics: Monitor, measure,



and report model performances, making necessary adjustments for optimization.
Collaboration: Liaise with the software engineering and product teams to ensure smooth integration of AI/ML components.

Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
Solid foundational knowledge of Machine Learning and AI principles and algorithms.
Experience with Python and common ML libraries/frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
Ability to handle and analyze complex datasets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication abilities.

Nice-to-have:
Prior experience with generative AI models.
Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Published research or projects in the AI/ML domain.
