Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership: Lead mobile app development, guiding architecture, design and implementation.
Project Management: Oversee project timelines, milestones and resource allocation.
React Native Expertise: Develop, optimize and maintain high-performance React Native applications.
Team Management: Mentor, coach and supervise junior engineers.
Collaboration: Work with designers, QA, backend teams and stakeholders.
Code Quality: Establish coding standards, conduct code reviews.
Performance Optimization: Enhance application performance, removing constraints.
UI Implementation: Oversee pixel-perfect UI implementations aligning with design specifications.
Native API Integration: Utilize native APIs for seamless platform integration.
Migration:
Lead React Web App migrations to React Native.
Agile Methodology: Guide team members in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Bug Resolution: Oversee bug identification and resolution processes.
Release Management: Manage iOS/Google Play Store releases.
Requirements
Experience: 10+ years software development, 5+ years React Native.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/related field.
Technical Skills: React Native, JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux, RESTful APIs.
Leadership: Proven team lead/management experience.
Communication: Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
Object-Oriented Programming: Robust understanding.
