Ensure consistency in quality, service and customer experience across locations.
Monitor and Improve operational efficiency, productivity and profitability.

Financial Management
Develop and Manage annual Budget and financial plans
Monitor and control expenses, inventory and labour costs
Achieve revenue growth and profitability targets

People Management
Lead, motivate and develop a high performing team of restaurant managers and staff.




Foster a positive work setting and promote employee engagement
Ensure effective recruitment, training and talent development

Customer Satisfaction and Marketing
Develop and Implement customer satisfaction initiatives
Monitor Customer feedback and implement improvements
Collaborate with marketing team to develop brand building strategies

Quality Assurance and Compliance
Ensure compliance with food safety, health and regulatory standards
Maintain high quality standards for food, service and ambience
Conduct regular audit and inspections

Reporting and Governance
Provide regular performance reports to CEO
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and governance.
