Responsibilities:
Some of the key activities that you will be doing are:
Outstanding coordination skills with multiple checkpoints / SPOCS / onsite team /back end /
stakeholders.
Must be open to work under pressure and structure data steadily (on HRMS tool OR Excel)
should be positive in reporting & analysis.
Must be an exceptional communicator and a outstanding negotiator
Should be positive at maintaining relations & interaction with senior members to discuss the
metrics.
Working closely with the client HR team and Hiring Managers to understand the requirements and then cascading the same to the back-end delivery team.
Understanding of the complete recruitment cycle
Exposure to Automotive, Manufacturing, Engineering industries.
