The Data Entry Manager (India based) will lead and oversee the data entry team, ensuring accurate and timely input of employee and payroll-related data into internal systems. This role is critical in maintaining data integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring leadership experience, robust organizational skills,



and a commitment to secure handling of confidential information.
What you’ll do
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support the Data Entry Specialists, ensuring adherence to quality and productivity standards
Develop and implement data entry protocols and best practices aligned with Netchex’s operational goals
Monitor data accuracy and completeness across systems and reports
Coordinate with internal teams (Payroll, IT, Product) to ensure smooth data flow and timely updates
Manage timelines and deliverables for data-related projects
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with data security and regulatory standards
Create documentation and training materials to support onboarding and continuous improvement

What you'll need
4+ years of experience in data entry or data operations, should have led or managed a team for at least 1 year
Robust understanding of payroll systems and employee data management
